We have our first investigator, ya! We took her to church on Sunday and we are still giving her lessons. We are very busy. We got a brand new car, it's a new Nissan. It is a good thing, we are always taking someone somewhere.
The power only went out once this week. The Misson Office sent a man up to fix our air coolers and he helped us with the generator that we can start if the power goes off again. We had to go to Accra to get it. We go to District meeting and interviews on Wed. We will take two missionaries with us. We will be able to go to the Temple then. We are doing fine at camping. It is beginning to shape up now. It has just been a month for us, and it seems like a year. Please tell us when you can, all about what it's like for you there. We miss you and want to hear what you have to say. Our computer is still not hooked up. It's at the area office getting programed for wireless in HO . We will pick it up on Wed. . The people here at HO Branch really know their gospel and the scriptures. We can understand them most of the time, as their English is hard to understand. They speak a different language too some of them and the other night we went on splits with the Elders and they taught the message with an interpreter. We learned a lot.

It is still hot but it rains a little now. The other night it just poured down, we were in the barber shop, (shack) dad was getting his hair cut and we've never seen it rain so hard. I couldn't believe it. It is a little cooler when it rains but just for a short time. The only relief is the good old air cooler in the car or house, when it works...
The food is a little different here we are trying to get used to it's difference. We can get a lot of things here but they are a different brand . No sweets, or very little sweets. We are doing good in spite of ourselves. Every day brings a different situation. We love and miss you also. We miss all of you, it seems like ages since I h

It is hard to get to all of you as we are at the Cafe Internet place and are limited. WE love you all and are so proud of you. All I can say is that you are so blessed to live where you live and have what you have.
